Most of my career has been spent inside organizations growing faster than their systems could handle. My job was the systems.
I helped launch Hope City and helped grow it from zero to fourteen thousand people in five years. One of the fastest growing churches in North America. I built the creative department, the production department, the communications function, the brand, the volunteer pipeline, and the leadership structure holding all of it together. It ran more than twenty thousand dollars a month in paid digital. People called it the church that Facebook built. I was inside that machine, not adjacent to it.
Today I sit in executive leadership at a nonprofit organization. Five directors report to me across a marketing department, a media team, and an operations function. None of it is theoretical, and all of it ships every week.
I also build AI and automation systems. Database reactivation, missed call text back, client reporting, internal workflow. I write the automations and hand over working tools. I do not sell decks.
Growth strategy
Where revenue actually comes from, what is quietly draining it, and what to solve first. Positioning, offer, pipeline, and the operating rhythm that keeps it moving after the strategy meeting ends.
AI and automation

Brand systems, messaging, production standards, and the judgment to tell good work from work that only looks good. I have carried the calendar, not just critiqued it.
Leadership and teams
Directors, managers, and owners. Usually the ones carrying more than they are telling anyone. I run the ROOTED Method for churches through a separate practice.
I would rather build something that holds than something that photographs well for a quarter.
I am a father of four. I lost my wife to cancer. I lost more than a hundred and fifty pounds rebuilding a body I had run into the ground while calling it commitment.
I mention it because it changed how I lead.
I have sat in rooms where the pressure was real and the ground was moving. Somewhere in there I learned the difference between driving people and developing them. Growth that costs you your best people is not growth. It is a transfer.
